When I input sth, then it need two approves like for example manager approve and supervisor approve. I done all and run it, input all data, then I submit. When manager approves it, the information all will be printed out. But after supervisor approves, they disappear. Why?
Hi @janchinkhai, If there are customized listings for this module. It could be due to some listing filter conditions. Where the record should be after the supervisor approves? You may create an ‘All’ listing without condition to find out what is the current state of that record.
