STEP 1. Tap ‘Settings’ of the android Phone and select ‘App management’
STEP 2: TAP ‘App list’
STEP 3: Find ‘Inistate’ in App list
STEP 4: Tap ‘Storage usage’
STEP 5: Tap ‘Clear data’ and ‘Clear cache’
