How to Enable Celebrate on State Change (APP)

Today, I would like to share how to create state with Celebrate (APP).

Goal:
To guide users on enabling the Celebrate feature for a specific state in the Inistate app to enhance user experience with visual feedback (e.g. fireworks) when a state is confirmed.

Description:
This post explains how to activate the Celebrate option for a state (e.g. “Confirmed”) using Inistate Studio. Once enabled, users will see a celebratory animation in the mobile app when the state is triggered—making workflows more engaging and rewarding. Steps include navigating through Studio, enabling Celebrate in Advanced Settings, and testing it via the mobile app.

Steps:

1. Login to Inistate Studio.
   

   

2. Under State, select ‘Confirmed’.
   

3. Click Advanced settings under ‘Confirmed’ state.
   

   

4. Enable the ‘Celebrate’ button under Advanced settings.
   

   

5. Click ‘Save’ button.
   

6. Open the Inistate App in mobile and confirm a work order.
