How to Filter To Sort (Web)

Hi everyone ,

Today, I would like to share how to filter to sort the entries.

Filter

1. Click on the “ID”, the dropdown list will appear.
2. Select the information that you would like to filter.

3. Example, I would like to filter “Status” and the “Status” is “Active”. All the entries of “Status” is “Active" will display out.

Sort

The sort function can be performed when the number of entries is less than 1000.

If the number of the entries exceeds 1000, system will not allow you to sort and you need to filter first.

4. Click on the “Sort”

5. a) Select an information that you like to sort.
   b) Select the sorting arrangement in “Ascending” or “Descending” order
   c) Click on the synchronic icon to refresh the entries.

6. This is the final output after filter to sort the entries.
