How to join a workspace?

Hi Inistate community!
Let’s take your first step to use Inistate, join a workspace.

What is a Workspace?
You can imagine that workspace is a customized system by Inistate for your working process. You have to join a workspace to use the customized system for your working process/flow.


There are two ways to join a workspace
Both requires the Admin to invite you before you action.

Type 1: Invitation by email

A. email Email

  1. Check your email inbox and find “Invitation email”.

  2. Click on "Accept Invitation"

  3. It will redirect you a new page, and fill in information.

  4. After filled in, click “Join”.

  5. Join Successfully :confetti_ball:.


B. google Google

  1. Go to “Inistate.com” login page.
  2. Click on “Sign in with Google”.

  3. Select a Google account and finish the verification.
  4. That’s it ! :confetti_ball: You’ll be redirected to the workspace.


C. apple Apple

  1. Go to “Inistate.com” login page.
  2. Click on “Sign in with Apple”.

  3. Enter your Apple ID and finish the verification.
  4. That’s it ! :confetti_ball: You’ll be redirected to the workspace.

Type 2: Invitation by link

A. email Email

  1. Click the invitation link or paste it in a new tab.
  2. Fill in your email.

  3. After filling email, other field like password, and display name also require to fill.

  4. Click “Join” after fill in all information.
  5. Check your email and find “Account Activation email”.

  1. Click the invitation link or paste it in a new tab.
  2. Click on “Sign in with Google”.
