Goal:
To guide administrators on resetting a user’s password in Inistate.
Description:
As an admin, you can reset any user’s password from the User list. This will generate a temporary password that the user can use to log in before setting a new one.
Steps:
- Go to the User list
- Select/Search the user account that you want to reset the password.
- Click this icon > Click ‘Reset Password’
- Click 'Request new password. You will see a temporary password. Use it to log in, then you can change to a new password.
