How to use the camera function when creating an entry?
Goal: Guide users on how to capture and upload photos directly using the camera button within a form entry.
Description:
This guide is for users on the Inistate mobile platform who are filling out a form or creating an entry that includes image documentation. The feature allows users to take photos in real time without needing to upload from the gallery. This is useful for inspections, receipts, or any form requiring photo input.
Here’s the step:

In the entry you will see a camara button, click it.

Use your phone’s camera to take a photo.

After taking the photo, click Save to upload the photo.

Now your photo has been uploaded.
Tips / Notes:
- Ensure your mobile browser or app has camera permissions enabled.
- If you accidentally close the camera or deny permission, go to your device settings to allow camera access.
