Listing - Set Filter Condition & Default Filter in Listing Design

Hi community, this post will guide you on how to set ‘filter condition’ and ‘default filter’.

Filter Condition

  1. Open Studio.

  2. Go to ‘Listing’.

  3. Click ‘+ Add’.

  4. Enter a name for the listing such as ‘List’ and click ‘+ new condition’.

  5. Select your information filter.

  6. Click save & run.

  7. The listing will list all entries according to the selected filter.

Default Filter

  1. Open Studio.

  2. Go to ‘Listing’.

  3. Click ‘+ Add’.

  4. Enter a name for the listing such as “List” and click ‘Advanced settings’ > ‘+ new condition’.

  5. Select your information filter.

  6. Click save & run.

  7. The listing will list all entries according to the selected filter but the following is a temporary filter and the user can change it.
