Mobile - Network Connection Error

If you’re having trouble logging into the Inistate mobile app and seeing a network connection error, here are a few steps you can try to get things working again:

:electric_plug: 1. Check Your Internet Connection

Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Try browsing a website or using another app that requires internet. If you’re on Wi-Fi, Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Sometimes the connection exists but is too weak or blocked.

:iphone: 2. Make Sure Your App Is Updated

Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and check if there’s an update available for Inistate. Older versions may not work correctly with newer backend updates.

:repeat: 3. Switch Server

Please ensure the server you are using is Inistate. User can click the settings icon on the top right to check the server.

When user clicks on settings icon it will show Switch from Inistate then click on it

Make sure user selects Inistate and not the others.

:iphone: 4. Try Another Device

See if you can log in from a different device using the same account. This can help isolate whether the issue is with your phone or the network/app itself.
