Recover Forgot Password in App

If you’ve forgotten your account password, don’t worry! It’s not a big deal.
You can easily regain access to your account by following this simple step-by-step guide to reset your password.

1. Make sure you are on the sign-in page.

2. Click ‘Sign In via Username’
   

   

3. Click ‘forgot password?’
   

   

4. Next, enter the email address associated with your workspace.

5. Click on the ‘Sent the reset email’ button.
   

   

6. A password reset email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click ‘Continue’.
   

   

7. Go to your email inbox, find the reset password email and click ‘Reset Account’ button in the email.
   

   

8. You can choose either to open the link using Inistate app or Web browser.
   

   

9. If you choose Inistate app, you will brought to this page. Then, set your new password and click ‘Reset Account’.
   

   

OR

10. If you choose web browser, you will brought to this page. Then, set your new password and click ‘Reset’.
    

    

11. Finally, you may sign in with the new password.
