Reset Password through 'Forgot Password'

If you forgot your account password, you may refer the following steps to reset your password :

1. In Login page, click ‘Forgot Password’.

   

2. Then, enter your email which is used in the workspace.

3. Click ‘Get reset link’.

   

4. Then, it will send a reset password email to your email.

   

5. Go to your email inbox, find the reset password email and click ‘Click to reset’ button in the email.

   

6. Then, set your new password and click ‘Reset’.

   

7. Your password will then be successfully reset. You may login with the new password.
