Simple Table - (Web) BETA

I would like to share how we can create and use a simple table.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to easily manage and update your data entries.

From Studio:

  1. Create an Information with the type set to Table.

  2. Name the table (e.g., “Employee”).

  3. Under Fields, click “Add Fields” to create column. Define the information type for each column and name them appropriately.

  4. Create a form and place the fields into the form.

  5. Hover over the table, click on the dots icon and select Configure.

  6. Tick the Simple Mode.

  7. Click Okay and Save.

From the App:

Create an Entry

  1. Click “+ New” and input the necessary information.
  2. In the “Employee” Table, click “+” to create a new entry (e.g., employee name and position).

View an Entry

  1. Click on the row of the entry you’d like to view.
  2. The View button will appear when you hover over the entry. Click it to see full details.

Update an Entry

Need to make changes? Here’s how:

  1. Click on the entry row you want to update.
  2. Click the three dots and select Edit.
  3. Modify the table as needed.
  4. Click Okay to save your changes.
