How to enable ‘Disable Bulk Actions’ settings for an activity.

• Log in to your workspaces studios.

  

• In activity section, select an activity that you want to not allow or not allow bulk action settings. ( eg : Approve activity)

  

• Click the selected activity, then the activity setting screen will appear. In the activity setting screen, contain 3 section which is form, flow and settings, click the “settings” section.

  

• Once clicked, it you can view a few settings such as Internal, Skip history, Listing and Disable Bulk Actions. To not allow Bulk action, please toggle ‘Disable Bulk Actions’ settings to enable.

  

Disable/Enable ‘Disable Bulk Actions’ in Settings

1. Web view

• Disable ‘Disable Bulk Actions’ ( Select multiple entry, still can do the approve activity )

  

• Enable ‘Disable Bulk Actions’ ( Select multiple entry, cannot do the approve activity )

  

2. App view

Noted : For mobile, ‘Disable Bulk Actions’ is not available.
