Hello community, this post will guide you about the form setting features.

Login to your workspace studio.

Once you build a form, the form screen will appeared and at the bottom of the screen, will have 3 different section which Form, Flow and Setting.

Since this post is about to explain about the form setting, click the “Setting” Section.

Once clicked, it will bring you the form setting section, and you can see several form setting available in this section.

For activity form settings, it will have extra form settings which is the disable bulk action settings.
Explaination on each form setting.
- Internal
- You can choose to turn on the internal setting for “Create” , “Edit” or “View” any others that involve form.

For each basic function, to turn on the Interval setting users just simply click the toggle button until it turn blue.

Once user turned it on, user can check either the setting is activated, by viewing beside of the “Create”, “Edit”, or “View” either have the “Internal” text or not.

The function of internal settings is that users will not enable to do the function based on which function that used the internal settings. ( eg : Turn on internal settings for “Create” it will disable users from create new entry.")

- Skip history

Same as internal settings, which can be turn on to all function or activity that involve form.

Click the toggle button until it turn blue to activated the skip history settings.

Once user turned it on, user can check either the setting is activated, by viewing beside of the “Create”, “Edit”, or “View” either have the “Skip History” text or not.

The function of skip history settings is that system will not save or record the history. ( eg : Turn on skip history settings for “Create”, the system will not save or record the create activity time or date in the history sections.")

- Listing

Can be applied to any activity or function involve form.

To use listing settings, just choose any module option show for the listing when you click the listing setting column.

Once user choose the module for listing, user can check either the setting is activated, by viewing beside of the function or activity contained the name of the module you selected for the listing setting.

The function of listing settings is you can choose or select which module can have the function or activity and which module should not have it. ( eg : From 4 module, only module “Submitted”, “Approved” and “All” have been chosen in listing settings to be able to create new entry.)

- Disable Bulk action ( Activity )

can be applied to activity only

Click the toggle button until it turn blue to activated the disable bulk action settings.

Disable bulk action settings function is when users select more than 1 entry, the activity will not be able to perform. ( eg : Use disable bulk action for reject activity
