Hello Community, this post will guide you on how to set listing for specific activity.
Before we move further to the tutorial, do visit this post about the explanation of the form settings that include about the listing function below :
How to set listing for specific activity

Login to your workspace studio.

From the studios, view Activity section and select any specific activity that you want to set the listing ( eg : Approve activity ).

Click the selected activity, and the activity settings will appear.

In the activity settings screen will available 3 section which is form, flow and settings, choose the settings section.

On the settings section, you can view a few of form settings which is Internal, Bulk action, Skip history and the one that we want to use the Listing. To use the Listing setting, simply click the Listing column and it will show the available listing in our workspaces.

Next, choose any listing that you want for the specific activity (eg: I want to make the approve activity available for Submitted and ALL listing only).

Submitted Listing ( chosen Listing ).

Approved Listing ( not chosen listing).

Phone View.
Noted : In Mobile App, the function of the listing is not work, currently, if the activity is allow to access by user, it will show in all available listing.
