Ready Solution - Field Delivery

Here’s how to sign up with Inistate and get a ready solution.

1. Open your browser
2. Go to https://inistate.com/
3. Click on ‘Try for free’ button in the top right corner

4. Fill in your email OR ‘Continue with Google’ OR ‘Continue with Apple’
5. Then, you will direct to ‘Setup a new workspace’ page

6. You type field delivery list after the words ‘I want’

7. Choose ‘Field Delivery’ from the ready solution.

8. Click ‘Build now’.
   

   

9. Input your workspace name. It can be your company name or anything.

10. Click ‘Create’.
    

    

11. Tadaa!! You have successfully installed the Field Delivery-ready solution and are good to use now.

How to use

Module : Drivers
Create new Drivers entry

1. Select module Drivers.

2. Click “+ New”.
   

   

3. Fill in details.

4. Click “OK” to submit.
   

   

Edit Drivers Entry

1. Select module Drivers.

2. Select any entry.

3. Click 3 dots button.

4. Select “Edit” activity.
   

   

5. Can edit the information.

6. Click “OK” to confirm edit.
   

   

Modules : Jobs
Create new Jobs Entry

1. Select module Jobs.

2. Click “+ New”.
   

   

3. Fill in details.

4. “Status” information inside the form will determine the state when submit the entry.

• Status : Pending → Entry State : Pending.
• Status : Started → Entry State : Started.
• Status : Finished → Entry State : Finished.
• Status : Cancelled → Entry State : Cancelled.

5. Click “OK” to submit.
   

   

6. Once submit, details of jobs entry will be pass to the table inside the Drivers modules based on selected drivers.

Edit Jobs entry

1. Select any entry.

2. Click 3 dots button.

3. Select “Edit” button.
   

   

4. Edit information

5. Click “OK” to confirm edit.
   

   

Update Status activity.

1. Select any entry with “Pending” or “Started” state.

2. Click “Update Status” activity on top of the list.
   

   

3. Fill in details.

4. “Status” information inside the form will update the entry state.

• Status : Pending → Entry State : Pending.
• Status : Started → Entry State : Started.
• Status : Finished → Entry State : Finished.
• Status : Cancelled → Entry State : Cancelled.
  
  

5. Click “OK” to submit.

6. Once submit, status inside the Drivers table will changed.
