Ready Solution - Health Log

Here’s how to sign up with Inistate and get a ready solution.

1. Open your browser
2. Go to https://inistate.com/
3. Click on ‘Try for free’ button in the top right corner

4. Fill in your email OR ‘Continue with Google’ OR ‘Continue with Apple’

5. Then, you will direct to ‘Setup a new workspace’ page

6. You type health log after the words ‘I want’

7. Choose ‘Health Log’ from the ready solution.

8. Click ‘Build now’.

9. Input your workspace name. It can be your company name or anything.

10. Click ‘Create’.

11. Tadaa!! You have successfully installed the Health Log-ready solution and are good to use now.

How to use

Module : Documents Type

Create new Documents Type entry

1. Select module Documents Type.

2. Click “+ New”.
   

   

3. Fill in details

4. Click “OK” to submit.
   

   

Edit documents type entry

1. Select any entry

2. Click 3 dots activity button.

3. Select “Edit” activity.
   

   

4. Edit the information

5. Click “OK” to confirm edit
   

   

Module : Health Records

Create new health records entry

1. Select module Health Records

2. Select any listing

3. Click “+ New”.
   

   

4. Fill in details

5. Click “OK” to submit.
   

   

Edit Health Records entry

1. Select any entry.

2. Click 3 dots activity button.

3. Select “Edit” activity
   

   

4. Edit information.

5. Click “OK” to confirm edit.
   

   

Activity Add Documents

1. Select module Health Records.

2. Select any entry

3. Click activity “Add Documents” at the top.
   

   

4. Fill in the details

5. Click “OK” to submit.
   

   

6, Once submit, documents added details will be pass to the Documents table inside selected health record entry and Documents table inside Document Type Module.
