We’re excited to roll out the Lobby—a brand-new feature designed to simplify and secure how users join your workspace!
Goodbye, Manual Invitations!
Previously, admins had to manually input each user’s email one by one—time-consuming and cumbersome. But with the Lobby, we’ve streamlined the process, saving you valuable time and giving you more control. 
Simply put, the Lobby places all invited users in a queue before they enter your workspace. Think of it like a waiting room where participants hang out until they’re admitted into the main room—in this case, your workspace!

- Easier Invitations: Simply send one link to invite users to your workspace—no more manually entering emails one by one!
- Stronger Control: New users first enter the Lobby, where admins can review and approve access, ensuring only the right people join. Admit individual attendees at your preferred pace.
- Stage Participants: Keep certain users in the Lobby until they’re needed—perfect for managing access.
- Increased Security: Safeguard your workspace by admitting only authorized users and keeping unauthorized access at bay.
How It Works:
- Admins send out a single invitation link to users.
- New users enter the Lobby and await admin approval.
- Once approved, users gain immediate access to the workspace.
Step:
Note: Only Admins have access to this feature.

Go to the left panel and click on “Users”
. Select Lobby and you’ll see a button called “Enable Lobby”—click on it.

A invitation link panel will show up .You can customize the link ID and change it whenever you like, as long as it’s available.

Copy the invitation link and send it to your users

Once users click the link and join, their names will appear in the Lobby.

Ready to let them in? Just click Accept to admit users into your workspace! Before admitting them, you can even create profile for them first.
Just to clarify: Users in the Lobby will still show up in the Active tab, but they won’t be able to access your workspace until you approve them.
