I’m @viti, a consultant here at inistate, happy to share the upcoming release for September 2022.

1. Sort the drop-down options.

• Now you can set your preferred sort order (ascending/descending) of the module and profile module in the form design. Sorting can be done for basic form (default, create, edit) and activity form design.

Sort the Drop-down Options

Hi community, this post will guide you how to configure an information type inside Basic and Activity. Open Studio. Go to ‘Basic’. Click Default . [image] Select an Information with Information Type as “Module” or “Profile Module” and click ‘Configure’. [image] Click the blue wording ‘Sort’. 2. Filter the drop-down options.

• Introducing the filter condition for the module and profile module. You can control what to show as the drop-down selection by filtering based on state, date, and more. The filter can be done for basic form (default, create, edit) and activity form design too.

How to set filter Information option

1.Go to Studio by clicking the magic stick 2. Click Form Design [image] Mouse over on the Information and Click Configure [image] Click + new condition under Filter [image] Click on ID and select the information you want to filter. For e.g. I select Staff Department [image] Click on any and select the option you want to filter. For e.g. I select Sales [image] Click OK. Click Save.

3. Date format

• You can choose from the selection of display formatting for a date and date time.

How to set date format

Go to Studio by clicking the magic stick. Click Form Design. Click Date at information section. [1] Go to advanced settings. [2] Choose display format. [3] Click Ok and save.

4. Module display template

• The display template allows for displaying more than one piece of information from the module. It makes the drop-down list looks more straightforward to choose the right option.

How To Set Display Template

Go to Studio Information Click “+Add” [1] Select information type => Module [2] Select Module [4] Select Display Information [3] Click Advance Setting [5] Select Display Template [6]

How To Set Display Template (Table)

Go to Studio Information Click “+Add” [1] Select information type => Table [2] Select information type => Module [3] Select Module [4] Select Display Information [5] Click Advance Setting [6] Select Display Template [7]

5. Table column width

• Have trouble with viewing the details in the table columns? No worries, we make it easier for you to allow adjusting the width of the table columns.

How to set column width

Go to Studio by clicking the magic stick. Click Form Design. Create or Choose any table in Information section. [1] Click +Add field. [2] Enter field name, information type and Click advanced settings. [3] Enter value for coloumn width. Eg 100 or 50. [4] Click Ok and save.
